General Purpose IO Device PDF Print E-mail

AZI-IO is a general purpose IO device which is currently being used in military simulators. (like tank, helicopter, plane) It runs on a 50MHz Atmel's AT91SAM7X256 ARM7 microcontroller. It can be fully controlled by a host through one of many interfaces onboard, serial port, USB, ethernet. It is powered by FreeRTOS real time operating system. Firmware can be updated by IAP routines over USB interface while device is running. It has TCP/IP stack, uIP, running on top of FreeRTOS. We currently support UDP protocol to communicate with the host. Customer's needs determine communication protocol/interface.

Features:

  • AT91SAM7X256 ARM7microcontroller @50 MHz
